Two weeks ago, i had a new Telkom line installed. I paid a R700 installation fee, and my monthly billing for the line would be /-R340.
After being on a short vacation, i plug in my phone to the line, and i find that my phoneline is crossing with someone else. Now i have to listen in on strangers calls, and have them listen in on mine. Besides not being able to make any private phonecalls, the call centre which i laid a complaint at informs me that no technician has been assigned to deal with the fault as yet, and they are not able to give me exact dates and times as to when the problem would be fixed.
I am losing valuable money as i have to use my mobile phone to make calls, which is costly.
Telkom, please up your game, and give us some better service delivery.
