About 2 weeks ago Telkom decides to cut my line. Caled them they said line disconnected due to non payment. I make a payment and still not reconnected. Call Telkom they say they cut my line-cannot give me a valid reason for this! So they come to install a brand new line. Technician leaves with RED light on my router and I had to call Telkom ten times to sort this out. Then I requested Telkom to give me my old number back. They keep saying its done but it hasn't been done!!! So frustrated!
