Almost a month later and I still cannot pay my account online because you will not log me into your pathetic self-service portal. I followed your instructions to reset my password, but I require a PIN to do so. The PIN is supposed to be emailed to me "shortly", but of course it has not been done. Should Vodacom switch off my website for non-payment, I will sue you for any business loss incurred since it is your fault I cannot pay!
