Very poor service on complaints

Last week i reported that after 8 at night Vodacom keeps on cutting the line phoning home and the souns is like speaking into a tin. I phoned Vodacom on friday and promised that a technician will phone me within 48 hours. Until now nobody has phoned me and the same story happened last night again. I WILL REPORT THIS EVERY DAY UNTIL FIXED AND IM HAPPY, for this service i will not be using vodacom any longer.regards
