2g/2g night owl promo from vodacom

THIS HAPPENED ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND VODACOM STILL DIDNT RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE...

i took the 2g/2g night owl promo from vodacom, and last night, 22 August 2012, my line was "softlocked" because i owe vodacom R1800... which i was not aware of, because i took rhis package to pay R149 p/m for 2g... when i signed up for this, i asked specificly if this is a Top Up account because i dont want any suprises like this, and i was told, that once i reached 2g (the maximum), my line will be block and i can either Top Up or request more data. which never happend in the past months that i have this contract, i always have a carry-over... from the previous month. ive been phoning all the contact centres, no one can help but the "reward company" confirm that it is a TopUp account. please rectify your mistake, because i didnt sign up for this or request additional data.
