I reported a fault weeks ago with Vodacom and even wrote the full report on HelloPeter. I got a reference number: S3-TNR2R-ROLVQ. Vodacom called me last week and promised to solve this issue of bad reception in my area and it's been a week and nobody has followed up or called as promised! I've been with Vodacom for 13 years and have two cell phone contracts with them and this is how they prioritise their customer delivery! It's a joke!!!
