Bad network signal

Vodacom put repeaters in at home a few years ago because I have terrible coverage. Something seem to have gone wrong because my signal is terrible again and have to keep resetting the device at home. I reported it in Feb and Vodacom promised to replace them. A few weeks later I phoned again and was told they waiting for stock. A month ago someone from Vodacom phoned me about closing the call. I said he can't close the call because they must still replace the repeaters. He closed the call anyway because when I phoned last week was told by the Call center call is close. Logged another call. Same person that came to my house phoned me a day later and said it does not look like they going to get stock. I cannot believe that a company like Vodacom cannot acquire stock to replace faulty equipment. We currently have 7 devices on the Vodacom network at home and expected to just live with bad Vodacom coverage.
