My Company has a business structure with MTN where we get certain discounts is we use MTN. This has been working well for the last 6 years I have been with them. Since january however my discount for BES has not been received. I have complained numerous times and this has reoccurred in February 2013 and March 2013. When I call them the consultants see the problem and log a call, they say they cannot rectify the problem and other people will resolve it in 6 weeks. The problem comes back again and I have to log other calls. I have sent numerous e-mails and I do not know if I will keep my contract with them as my contract expires in April.
