I went into a Nashua Mobile outlet to upgrade my cell package and re-new it for another 24 month period on the 8th of March 2013. To date I have had no response. I am aware that this store does not keep stock on hand for upgrades (don't understand why though?) The trainee that assisted me lacked basic knowledge of the contract/package. I sat and waited for other staff to give her feedback on my questions. I was promised my phone on Monday the 11th March 2013. I contacted the store on the 13th March 2013 at 15:26PM where i was told that I must not contact them, they will contact me when my phone arrives... So the paying customer just waits in the dark!? I tried contacting the store again today, 19th March, the landline just rings constantly on 011 9187582. I have not even had a response to my e-mail sent on the 18th March 2013 to [Email Removed]
