Bad service and no client communication

I upgraded my phone in March 2013 to the 9900 Bold at the Nashua store in Bluff, service from the store has been very good regarding communication and trying to assist with queries. However, my phone has been booked in for the third time since i received it in March this year. On the last "book in" I had requested a different model of the phone as my husband has multiple contracts with them and we have been loyal customers of Nashua for a good few years now. The last thing i expected was bad service from Nashua as when ever we signed a new contract they were very eager to make the deal, is it as soon as the customer is signed up they are forgotten? My phone was booked in on the 02 August 2013 for repairs yet again despite me sending emails to the store requesting a different phone because of the problems and to date we have not received any feedback from the Technical department. I find the service from Nashua to be extremely bad and I did send a mail indicating that I will be taking this to Hello Peter but still there has been no response. I now no longer want a Blackberry as i have purchased one due to all the inconveniece of not being with a phone. I want a different phone.
