I was was given a cell c contract last year in partnership with fnb. They promised to give me R145 worth of airtime for R99 - meaning they were supposed to deduct R99 every month. But that was never the case, they started deducting R125 on the first month and i called the cell c to find out what ewas happening and they told me that fnb was supposed to make udjustments. I have phoned fnb and they also telling me, they just selling the product for cell c, so i have to speak to cell c. This has been going on for almost a year now and nothing is being done about it.
I feel betrayed by the companies i trust the most. I must say i have learnt a lesson and never again will i repeat the same mistake, taking up a phone contract with anyone
