Disgusting service from Cell C

My case was opened on 11/8. This issue has STILL not been resolved. The problem is that I am being charged to make Cell C to Cell C calls but I have SUPA charge mins available. I have spoken to the following team leaders and consultants who have all promised to look into my case and give me feedback. I have not received feedback from anyone at Cell C: Iyanda, Nahlanahla, Qualen, Nicolas Chetty, Nolene, Nogile, Lungani, Nikki, Kogomotso. I contacted the Facebook team: Nelly phoned me Sat. to say she will provide me with feedback no later than Monday 19/8. I have the following case numbers: 3081100868, 3081700228 & 3081701113.On Sunday my free minutes started working but now I have the problem that I have had to spend airtime due to a mistake at Cell C. I also have 78 hours' worth of minutes that will expire before I get a chance to use them due to a mistake at Cell C. I was told my airtime would be reimbursed. I have received nothing. I was told the minutes would be lost and there is nothing that can be done about this, the expiry date cannot be extended with 30 days even though this wasnt my fault. At the end of the day Cell C expects the customer to pay for their incompetence.
