STILL WAITING FOR MY UPGRADE!!!

I got a call form Vodacom telling me its time to upgrade. Went though all the steps, i was not home when the expected delivery took place, so i left my ID book at home with a lady at my house so that the phone can be aigned for. The person did not want to leave there?? When i followed up, i was told the phone was sent back to JHB. I asked them to please send it back. I havent received anything and ive spent hours on the phone with the call centre, no one can give me an answer, i keep on being transferred and the cut off. I dont get hold of anyone who can help me, and ive wasted hours and hours on the phone. No one can give me an answer? Please let me know what is going on, cause after wasting my time, i cant handle being on the phone again for another hour or two and then just get cut off. Semms like the easy way out.
