So I've tried to be calm and patient but this is now the last straw with you guys.
I just want my phone and contract now! I really feel like going to another service provider...
(after other issues) I filled in all the forms and handed it in on Thurs morning (14/3), told it would take 2 days to do a credit check, I asked why does it take so long to do a credit check on a company account with over 30 contracts?
I phoned the call centre on Fri (15/3) to see how far the application process is and they told me the application hasn't been lodged yet. They said it would be processed by Tues (today) the latest.
I phone the Golden Acre branch today and now they tell me coz I phoned into your call centre (even if you didn't give me any info) they cancelled my application on Fri when I called in. Now who the told them to cancel my application? Why would I want it cancelled??? Now the branch said it is only being lodged today and I must wait again for the whole process!!!
This is a business contract on a company account, please can you just check your credit system and see our credit standing and process my application now!
It was supposed to be process by today!!! I need a phone!
