VODACOM OVERCHARGE UNDERDELIVER!!!

Vodacom cut my account off, cuz i had exceeded my limit - so fine thats my fault, so then i try pay, i went to vodacoms, banks tried eft's did everything, then i try to eft and the 2 reference numbers on my statement listed as my "account number" say they dont exist, so i phone vodacom they tell me number to sms and i tell them HELLOOOOOO cant sms DUH!!! so have to be redirected call is cut, phone back tell them again the issue, and they still didnt send me my account number so phone again and and tell them enough they must give it to me over the phone which they do, then i did the eft and waited and sent the proof and the reactivation form and i am still not reactivated, was meant to take 2 hours to reactivate and im still not active after about 1 ENTIRE DAY, just phoned again, they said another 2 hours but their working hours for activation are only 8-5pm so if it doesnt activate it will only be tomorrow. spent the entire day and wasted so much time on this when im meant to be working and the charges are horrendous cant actually continue to be on with them if they cant show me a statement or justify these ridiculous charges!!! STILL NOT ACTIVATED!!!
