3 Hours PATHETIC

I went to Kollenade Centre on Saturday to do a sim swap at Vodacom4u, the guy said everything is in working order the sim is activated, when I got home nothing was working at all, I had to drive all the way from Potchefstroom to come and fix other people's mistakes. When I arrived at Vodacom 4u the first guy checked & said everything is activated & in working condition, again it wasn't working they send me to the other Vodacom in the centre and I got there & the guy charges me R85 for software update and he didn't even do it because it wasn't necessary so they send me back to Vodacom 4u AGAIN, when I got there the other guy that helped me on Saturday said everything was fine & connected to the internet once again he said go back to the other Vodacom & get the software update. When I arrived at the other Vodacom AGAIN the guy phoned the other guy at Vodacom 4u and they argued & he put the phone down in his hear, once again no one can help me or tell me exactly what the is going on with my internet modem. Again I went back to Vodacom 4u where I started 3 hours ago & another Vodacom 4u worker checked on my account again and saw that my sim was blocked and he helped me. PATHETIC!!
