I would like to express my disappointment and disbelief in the service at the Vodacom shop at No 3 Simmonds Standard Bank in Johannesburg CBD. They are not helpful at all and are not willing to go the extra mile at all. I have had a few incidents at this particular shop that make me doubt why I am a Vodacom customer. They never have stock of stuff that I want and are not willing to go the extra mile of ordering and reverting back if the products are available or not. Just this morning I called 011 838 0170 to enquire about a Blackerry charger and was told to hold. needless to say after holding for 15 minutes and listening to their conversation I got absolutely NO JOY!!! I dont know how many times I have gone into that shop to enquire about a Blackerry Torch cover but I never get any joy, its always the same excuse. Actually just rather close that shop because its useless to the people who really need, which is the Standard Bank employees!
