Utterly poor service!!!

Since I returned form holiday, my one decoder gave an error message. I phoned MultiChoice Call Centre to help me fix the problem. It was working fine until the next day when it gave the same error message again. I left it for 2-3 days because I could still watch on my other TV. So today I tried fixing the TV myself, and it was working for 5 mins when it gave a different error message. I tried to phone the Call Centre again. I was struggling to get hold of them for 20 mins, and when I got hold of them, the automated voice centre hung up on me after they've asked me some questions, causing me to try again and again to get hold of a real person, and in the meantime my other TV that was working, also failed on me, not even showing a picture or error message. When I finally reached someone (after another 15 mins of waiting for someone to answer), he transferred me to another lady after I've explained everything, to further assist me. She told me exactly the same procedure to follow as I followed myself before calling them, but only when I called them, my TV started working again. I think its unacceptable to have such a hard time reaching a Call Centre. And why all the error messages?
