So on the27th of May i receiveda message from MTN saying that MTN thanks you for your loyalty and has given you 200MB free data to use on blackberry plans, facebook, etc
The next day i received a message saying your BIS will expire in 48 hours and for sure it has expired, so i called the call centre and they said to me the message was sent in error. How unprofessional is that though! How can you promise your client a free service only to come back and say no this was a mistake.
Seeing as this was a written commitment to the client, are they not inturn supposed to honour it!
