Since Mid 2010 The local Telkom Exchange have been overloaded with users. I have made Hundreds of complaints about bad connections, No connections or intemitted errors. The Exchange is old and overloaded and even back in 2010 I was promiced that an upgrade will be done "SOON"... it is now 3 years down the line and I have waited patiently for Telkom to comply. but still it is not done.
I can provide old refrence nombers that date back to june july 2010 also various "speed test" results for the last few tests run. the oldest dates back to 2011... Nice of [URL Removed] to keep test results...
I Pay for a full package 4Mb/s uncapped DSL, yet most and I do mean MOST of the time I get HORRIBLE donwload speeds. and that is if I am even Lucky to connect, some times it is so bad, not even the google home page want to open or takes ages...
