Since Mid 2010 The local Telkom Exchange have been overloaded with users. I have made Hundreds of complaints about bad connections, No connections or intemitted errors. The Exchange is old and overloaded and even back in 2010 I was promiced that an upgrade will be done "SOON"... it is now ...
