In 2008-2010 I had a perfect 4Mbps line at my house. Then I was abroad and came back Feb 2013. I reapplied for 4Mbps. My speeds were well below 4Mbps. I logged faults but we never sorted it out. I then downgraded to 2Mbps. Now that Telkom has upgraded the line to 4Mbps lines I updated my data package. The very best I've seen is around 3.4 Mbps. During the day my line is sort of OK (mostly around 2Mbps) but at night, from around 19:00 it drops to
