I took my phone to the Sandton Branch on the 08 Feb. The lady who helped me say that it would take 2-3 weeks. I phoned around the 22nd of Feb and the person who helped me was brenda. Brenda said that she would up followup and get back to me. Alas no such thing. I phoned on the 25th and Mohammed tried to assist. He told me that I would have to pay R1021.26 for the phone repair and I queried why this is so. He waffled and told me to phone the insurance company. So I phoned the insurance company (Anegline) and they said that I would the excess amount of R500. I then phoned again later that week and spoke again to Mohammed he then told me to phone the repair department. They told me that the phone was sent back on the 1st March to store Waybill: VDC4364882. I phoned again on the 8th of March and Mohammed ducked and dived to not speak to me. Each time I asked him to get an update and yet as the customer, I am ALWAYS phone to check up. With this kind of service at the end of my contract as I have been told 17months time I will be moving my account although I spend over R1300 a month. The phone has not been with them for almost 6 week. why does it take 6 weeks to replace a screen???
