Poor Communication (Repairs department & branch)

On Monday, 28th January, I took my Blackberry 9900 to Autopage Menlyn. The screen was 100% dead. The young chap at the branch told me it does take a while for repairs (4-6 weeks). I phoned Autopage H/O on the 30th to check if it was received. I was told it had been received and logged and would take 7-14 days to find a fault. I phoned again this morning, (04/02/2013), and spoke to Lerato in customer care. I now get told that the fault was logged, but no phone was received and I it would be 5-6 weeks before I will get any answers regarding my faulty handset. I asked for a loan phone from H/O and the branch..."sorry we do not have any". So then, I asked for my phone recordings (as this is what one is told when they phone in)... I was told "Sorry we do not have access to the recordings". I requested someone high up to assist me and after waiting 8 minutes, decided to give up as my phone account was rising and so was my anger. I phoned Menlyn branch to query... I gave my contact details and 45 minutes later, still no call back. It takes the max of 30 minutes to find a fault and less than a minute to phone your customer to update!!!
