I cancelled my contract last week Monday, and the handset was collected from me last Friday (8 March), yet I still haven't received any written confirmation that my upgrade has in fact been cancelled. I don't understand how you can issue an upgrade in less than 48 hrs, but you are taking your time cancelling the thing.
If this upgrade still goes through at the end of the month I will take legal action, as the handset has been returned.
I want my proof that it's been cancelled!
