I took my phone in for repair on the 05.12.2013 and followed up with cell c repair on the 19.12.2013 and they advised that they haven't received my phone and i went in branch. 19.12.203 i went in the store i was told that the consultant Itumeleng forgot to send the phone for repair. On the 24/12/2013 i received an SMS from Cell C Midrand for them received my phone for repair.
I went back to the branch spoke to the manager on the 27/12/2013 and she couldn't rich my expectations, she contacted the regional manager Peter whom i explained my expectation and he could not adhere to them. I want to terminate as i was told by the assisting manager Albert on the 19/12/2013 to take my business elsewhere, I think its high time i terminate as i was advised too. If there will be addition charges acquired the store and the consultant must take over as its over 21 days while the phone its in for repair.
