No info about bis

I upgraded on the 4 of martch. i was looking for a phone wich was not te expensive
1 at last a took a bb. after a while off use a came to notice that my call mony was disipeering. a phoned the 808 nr of mtn and they told me it was of the use of the internet. i did nit know that and now one told me about it. a went back to the branch at klerksdorp chechers hyper and the manager told me she cand enything about it! if i had known this i woold not have taken the bb phone, insted somthing els which i couldif monitored the data use!!! she told me she cant do enything for me!!!
