Phone suspended

My phone was suspended on 17/10/2014 without any notice. I went to the branch and they had to phone Mtn Business division. Promised to let me know, well I had to go back as nobody came back to me. Then I heard that I owe Mtn R15000.00 for data usage. From there on I've been struggling to get info. Every time I query about the info I am still waiting for, they tell me that they also got no feedback yet, the emails is been send from one department to the other, I must get into my car and go to Head office and demand help. In the meantime a amount of R7840.00 was taken from the business bank account, without any notification or warning. Then I received the next bill that shows the next debit order amount that will be taken is R27000.00 plus. Alex at the branch told me that it is impossible to use that amount of data on a Samsung S3 in ten days and best of all I receive a data top up of plus minus R780.00 every month. I also still gets billed on a Blackberry subscription for something while they have my Samsung phone on record. Please help me urgently. As this account is on a business and the Director is going to be blacklisted, it is not his phone. IT IS URGENT PLEASE
