Capping a Uncapped line false advertisement

I am on a uncapped internet line due to the amount of data that my family uses (Youtube, Online gaming, Online game buying as well as gaming consoles and smart phone frequent updates etc.)

When I activated this service it was stated download as much data as u want, and still it says so...
However they throttle you at certain times of the day.that was fine now they removed that throttling (Changed the terms of contract) with out prior consolation, notice or even a curtsy call.
Now there is an unknown CAP limit on a uncapped line when you reach that CAP they disconnect your internet.

2 days (6 calls - 4 hours) passing the buck to this and that person giving my info to every person there. They cant remove the hard limit to a soft CAP as it suppose to be apparently. Being promised that they will phone you back... Still Waiting) then i want to cancel my Uncapped Data service again being told will be called back... No Call. And also being told that there is a 30 day notice period to cancel my data which is NOT stated in the terms of conditions!!!

Now i have to wait 72 hours to cancel my data by which it will be a new month which they are going to Charge me for that month in full
