My mother called in to the 173 MTN Customer care no.she was greeted with contempt and disregard by one Bennet Choko who became very condescending when my sowewhat technologically illerate mother enquiring regarding airtime she had loaded which subsequently disapeared.i intervened and asked to speak to his supervisor, Bennet Choko then proceded to hang up.i called back spoke to Teboho Molomo who tried to help but to no avail atleast she was human.i wish MTN could take a leaf out of the Vodacom book on professionalism.
