Repeated bad attitude

This refers to two occasions. There is a dark haired woman at the Vodacom Shop in Mimosa Mall. I am witness to the way she treated my mother. My mother asked about contracts and what it all entails. This woman already took a stance, not even sitting to help my mother, a sort of coaxing her to get on with her story, because she has something more important to attend to. My mother asked what else one gets with the 200 top up, and the lady had such an attitude, assuming that my mother should be all-knowing, saying "It is JUST R199 airtime". Wow, what happened to customer service? I will never support that branch, and am considering moving from Vodacom myself.
This past week the same woman was busy with another guy, obviously flirting, and not even acknowledging my mother or letting her know that she would attend to her matter momentarily.
And on a previous occasion she also sold the wrong type of product to my mother and it could not be reversed. A R200 sms bundle, but she sold data.
