Vodacom DISMAL FAILURE to uphold Bad Service Delivery ethos in South Africa!
A request for assistance to renew a website domain have had me astounded.
I accuse Vodacom of:
Regular and fast feedback,
Being accomodative
Being friendly
Sorting out the issue
Staff members offering to use own money to facilitate immediate payment
Senior management (two of them!) checking how the process is going
Staff going way beyond reasonable expectations to ensure resolve
More feedback
Without request or demand, waiving payment
Just being sooo dam responsive
Making almost everybody in the service delivery field look like absolute amateurs.
No I am forced to NEVER leave and I am stuck with Exceptional Service.
I guess "Thank You Vodacom and all your staff", is just not cutting it!
