OBF (out of box failure) is your problem not mine

I went for an upgrade on Friday the 23rd of September, I got the new Galaxy S4 active and was very happy with the service and how willing vodacom was to facilitate my upgrade. Then over the weekend i started to notice some problems with the phone. It would reboot randomly and Monday morning the screen went blank, there was no interface and the touch was unresponsive, most definitely broken. i took it in the Monday morning expecting a new phone by the end of the day, however they informed me that it was a 4 day process for an OBF. I am annoyed by that but i figured that must just be the system, it is a dum system in my opinion. I left it at that and went home without a phone, i decided to check the Wednesday how it was going and they informed me that they rejected my claim because could not unlock the phone. How negligent of the vodacom staff to take my phone without checking that the security is turned off!! now it has been sent back again and i can only expect a phone next week Tuesday. I am deeply annoyed with vodacom for wasting my time and leaving me without a phone for 9 days. I got given a broken phone from you and so it is you who should be sorting this out not me.
