RE: CANCELLATION due to non-delivery / performance by Vodacom.
I have still had no further updates or responses to any of my previous emailed status requests to Vodacom.
This latest renewed purchase order was placed on 20 February already with full porting clearance but has been dragging out for more than 9 months now in total, since your first failure to deliver a popular cellphone.
I would therefore wish this email to serve as a CANCELLATION of my request to port to Vodacom due to non-delivery unless I receive positive feedback by close of business Wednesday 24rd April.
I will pursue an alternative voice contract supplier through MTN service provider, who assure me they do actually have cellphones available as advertised in their latest brochures (unlike Vodacom apparantly).
