I reported my ADSL line out initially on the 3rd March 2013. After phoning practically everyday and after many useless interactions with your call centre, eventually a technician, Elias came to try and sort it out. However he claimed the line was now working. But alas the line was not, so I logged another fault on the 13th. I tried to get the same technician Elias to come out, however he does not take my calls and when he does he promises to come but never does. This service from Telkom is really pathetic, even by their standards. Can somebody, anybody in Telkom please contact me, I'll even pay for your fuel to come and fix my line. pleeez
