Worst "service" eve

I have been in contact with 8ta for the past month and a half regarding the connectivity dropping to 0.00kbps. I have sent emails to 8ta service and the first time was sent a CCI-FAQ form and was asked to follow option 7. Option 7 did not remotely solve the issue, after more communication, I received another email with the same CCI-FAQ form this time to fill in all the details. After 2 weeks I called and the call centre agent said they would find out and call back. Did not happen. 2 days later I called and asked what happened, then I was informed by a network manager that it was not logged and that it was an oversight and incompetence on 8ta's side. She promised that she would liaise with the technical department. 2 days later she called back saying that the problem is that they are working on a tower in my area and that is the reason for the connection issue. When I asked how long it takes for the tower job to be completed, she answered that she does't know, when I asked her if it is possible that work on a tower takes a month and a half she said that is not her department and she will contact me with feedback. As usual no call was forthcoming. To think I pay for this "service"
