I have a very bad cellphone coverage at Springs from MTN. They promised to put up a tower close to my house. The tower should be operational at 19/01/2013. They put up the tower in time, but the tower is not working, Ever y time that I contact them they just said the tower is working. I took a photo to show them that in the tower's power box there are no wires in the box. It is totally empty. They still said that the tower is operational. I do not know how a tower can work without power. I hope that somebody can help me to solve this problem. The service is the worst that I had in years.
