Poor connection

I have been living in my current house for just over 6 years. I have been an iBurst client for 77 months (as stated by the helpdesk). Yesterday I tried upload a release of my open source software to no avail. I contact iBurst and they reckon I need an antenna. They pointed me to the coverage where it shows that the reception area I am in is just above the 'no reception' level (I live in Alberton). I told the helpdesk chap that when I moved to Alberton I specifically check the coverage and that it was definitely what it is being reported as now. He reckons it never changed. So I am going over to ADSL. Don't waste your time with iBurst.
