Originally when applying for a telkom line, the person responsible for logging call entered the incorrect address. i picked this up and called in to cancel. The first call was cancelled and another call was logged with correct details showing. Today I called to do a follow up on my account only to find out there are two accounts linked to my number. I need to know how this is possible and how no one picked this up? I need the inactive account to be cancelled and my address details to be updated ASAP.
