Pathetic Service to the Elderly!!

My Gran applied & paid for a prepaid line at Lakeside mall. They then pulled up my mother's details and linked that to my Gran's for some stupid reason when my gran had filled in a new contract! They then sms my mom to say a technician will be out on the 8th, my gran then confirmed and the incorrect address was smsed back, which my gran then called to correct. It was my gran's birthday but she waited at home the whole day, no technician pitched & no one called. I called the following day, spoke to a lady that then updated the address apparently, & said someone will call in 2 hours on my phone to confirm a date. They then called my Gran this morning only, she confirmed her address AGAIN. I then called to check the address & STILL IT WAS INCORRECT! So after 4 times you still have the INCORRECT ADDRESS and the INCORRECT contact number which was also updated! I was then told my Gran has to phone in AGAIN (she only has a prepaid cellphone) to correct the detail AGAIN! this is pathetic, her boyfriend has also been to the branch twice and still no one can get the address right. IT IS NOT THAT HARD! Someone should really start competing with you maybe then you would care about your clients
