Poor Support and NO response

Hi,

I have been a client with Cybersmart since inception and cannot understand how Cybersmarts support could have dropped so much. ON 14/01/2013 I called the Call Center and had to wait in the queue fore more that 15 minutes to just be cut off. I phoned back and again had to wait more than 20 minutes as 1st in queue to be answered.

When I got hold of Zibu I explained that I cannot access my old email as I needed to retrieve this before the switch off on 15/01/2013 as per email received from Cybersmart. I could not do this before as I was away. I tried logging in many times but just got kicked out. Zibu said (14/01/2013) that the guys is already taking the server down but will send them email to advise to carry my emails over to the new server.

Since then nothing has happened. I have returned many emails asking as to what is happening. Once Zibu responded with "You might not get them back as we warned you"! Yes you said 15/01/2013 NOT 14/01/2013.

Please advise as to how and when I will get my old emails retrieved. I require some reports on there!
