I had changed my banking details with 8ta, i checked and it was all correct - after month 3 still nothing had come off my bank acc I then called them to check and was told that the details were correct - later that month - they didn't suspend the account, they cancelled it - I called them and after trying to follow up on the PROBLEM and etc they got the account up and running. I had made another payment to them due to the fact the failed to debit my account again - which took place on the 7th - now i tried to connect and once again (after calling and been on hold) was told the account has been cancelled again!!! REALLY - waste of time - and you can't speak to somebody face to face, it's ALWAYS via the phone - "your call is important to us, please stay on the line" YEAH RIGHT... if it was THAT important we would NOT be here, in this situation!!!
