Courier could not find address

After being told on Friday the 8th that a cell phone had been organised as according to what I had requested, I still have not received the phone. Contact was made to insurance department at they told me that the courier had received the phone in western cape but they could not find the address. No one contacted me nor arranged any kind of alternative delivery address. they just sent it back to JHB.
I find it highly unacceptable for a courier company to act in such manner.

So the saga goes on.

i have requested that thew cell phone be sent to Cape Gate Autopage but have no idea as to when this will occur. It is now going on into the sixth week since I first tried to hand in cell phone for assessment.
