Upgrade Struggles 2nd complaint

I wrote a report on 31 January 2013 concerning my upgrade (Upgrade Struggles). Subsequent to my report i was phoned and told that this would be escalated. As i did not get any further feedback, i phoned Autopage to ask what the status was of my application. They informed me that the WHITE iphone (Wrong colour) has not been returned by the courier company and there was nothing they would be able to do about this. I do not understand how this is my problem? Firstly my phone was not delivered on the agreed date, then my phone was delivered a week later in the wrong colour, and another week later im told they cant do anything until the courier company returns the white iphone? and to put the cherry on the cake i received my first bill for this phone and contract... I upgraded as of 1 February on a new contract, now my bill for January calls already reflects the new contract that should only start 1 Feb??? Really disappointed in the service...
