And worst service eve

Unfortunatly i need to go this route because Cell C does not respond to emails or complaints.
I changed my iphone package to a Blackberry package on the 28th February in the Cresta Branch.
Needless to say i got a huge bill for end of Jan billing me for the data and BIS. (who needs data if you have BIS which they can niot seem to understand) They person who assisted me showed me he removed this an told me what my new amount will be monthly i paid almost double in Jan.
I wrote emails got a response but when i replied nothing.
End of Feb same thing still charging me for data and BIS. This is CELL C.
I phoned on Thuesday 12/03/2013 spoke to Nadia and reference number 3031201877 this has been more than 48 hours ago and Suprose no response.
I have been a client for more than 10 years now and this is how they treat you.
