I opened a contract with Cell C on the 5th of March 2013 and was told that I would receive the phone and contract within 3-7 working days. When you contact the call centre or any of the given numbers nobody seems to be able to assist with regards to the actual delivery of the phone etc. They promise to contact and provide feedback but they do not follow up with you. Do not make promises and not deliver. We should report this to the advertising board???
