Incorrect Billing and suspension of account

I keep getting incorrect billing sms's - my phone has now been cut off for the 3rd time! No one can tell me what the extra costs are for. I am on a debit order so really don't understand what the issues are.
Cannot speak to anybody in management.. sick and tired as every month there is a billing issue and every month I get threatening sms's that my account will be suspended. Please can somebody tell me what these extra amounts are for and I will gladly pay!!! I am very sorry that I moved my account across to Autopage from my previous service provider. The first chance I get I will be moving my account!
