Enough is enough

When I got home I found that my internet connection was disconnected. 3 hours earlier I phoned telkom to advise them that they made a mistake and that there is not a credit due to me for 850 but only 50 and now while my account is in credit I'm disconnected. Please get this fixed or I'm changing my internet provider to openweb. I'm sick and tired of all telkoms billing issues and incompetent billing staff.

My account is suppose to be protected due to your billing error of last month where I was billed 1021 instead of my 399 that I'm suppose to pay. Today I requested to upgrade to Uncapped and I know I can get better uncapped deals elsewhere. But just look now again Telkom shows that I should change ISP.

I will move my data and Adsl if this isn't sorted by tomorrow 14:00.
