Lodged a complaint on Hello Peter in August of 2013 for a billing error and incorrect account statements received from this provider (almost 12 months after the cancellation of contract with the provider).
subsequently received an e-mail from Nelisiwe Mthembu:
"Dear Mr. Jonathan Crawford,
I trust you are well.
We have attempted to make contact with you telephonically and were unsuccessful.
We received your complaint pertaining to the DMC handover and after investigating the account, we have made a decision to write-off the requested amount.
A notification has been sent to DMC Attorneys advising them of the changes so they can update your profile.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the query.

Subsequently it has come to light that my sister has been blacklisted in relation to this billing error.
This is unacceptable and Auto page will be held responsible for the resolution of this error.
