I sent an email with a specific question with regards to paying my internet account. I made a point of mentioning that I do not have an MTN cellphone A/C. I got a ridiculous, irrelevant automated response from "webmaster``'telling me to manage my cell phone account on MTN active! I looked at MTN Active, which invites me to register ang log-on via my cellphone number. What a waste of time. I do not have an MTN cellphone, can't they read?
